Pray for the Supreme Court?

Pat Robertson wants people to pray that three justices (liberal or swing votes) will retire, so conservative justices can be appointed in their place.

Robertson complains, "...five unelected men and women who serve for life can change the moral fabric of our nation and take away the protections which our elected legislators have wisely put in place." (I'm not going to link to his letter. If you want to read it, you'll have to find it for yourself.)

However, his solution is to have five (or more) still-unelected men and women who would take away the protections which our elected legislators, and the courts, have wisely put in place, and replace them with decisions more to Robertson's liking.

This because the Supreme Court has decided that homosexuals are people too.
